WimprFlow has no Windows build yet
The person who submitted WimprFlow only tested and declared a build for the other platform, so publik has nothing reviewed to walk you through here — a guessed set of commands would be worse than an honest no.
What you can do instead
- Check the WimprFlow repository on GitHub for a community Windows build.
- Ask the maintainer to submit a Windows build through publik.
This is a limit of the phone and computer combination, not of WimprFlow. Every other combination has a full guide.
